tears
smiles
embraces
how well spent?
how well travelled?
what have we learned?
chances
taken, missed, avoided
success or failure….
no object
have these life
experiences
hardened or softened
who we are…..?
or
once were
what have
we become?
have we chosen
to
embrace this
riddled
uncertain
intricate
life
facing forward
or live
in the comfort
of a
familiar
comfortable
deniable
safe
past
