the occasional

smile

and laughs

flowers and tears

the meeting and melding

of

young and old

what is

and

what once was

I can

only

smile

at the flood of

old

now uncovered

memories

things that

we

experienced

laughed together at

marveled at

the years may have marched on dear friend

but you are

not forgotten
